Our New Building!

The Plaza Grande is a 55 and better active-adult community located in the heart of South Jersey at Garden State Park, the site of the old racetrack. Our latest building includes larger units styles over 1,300 SF for the couples moving out of the their longtime homes, and one bedroom two-bath options for the active singles looking to downsize. Occupancy in this building has began! The 800 building joins the other seven buildings in the community. Tours, reservations and applications are being accepted now!
